Just got back from my foray into TV-land...I think it went pretty well, considering I woke up at 4:45 am! I was, however, surprised to find out that I wasn't doing one live interview and one taped, but FIVE live interviews spread out over two hours, from 6 to 8 am. I had been laboring under the delusion that I would be back in my warm bed by 6:45, but it was not to be. It was also hard to come up with six different sound bites about felt. Even my cute-as-hell felt accessories. But it all worked out fine, and there was even 'breaking news' about a fire at a hair salon that kept pushing our spots back; it was exciting, although I did have to wonder if a fire was actually more important than my felt craft products. The reporter kept mentioning that I can do custom pieces, with our store phone number on the screen, and now I'm hopeful/terrified that I will be inundated with a gazillion custom orders for Valentine's Day,which is what the whole piece was about ("Looking for a heart-felt gift for your sweetie?") I see myselft sewing sequins into the wee hours of the night, my hands numb in fingerless newsie gloves...At least it would mean $$$$! I drank a hundred cups of coffee and accidentally left my lipstick behind, so I'm fairly certain I look like a deranged bag lady by the final, taped piece. We'll see...Thanks to Leslie L. for getting me and my store and the whole Felt Up line on tv!

In Bugsy News: He's acting funny (sleeping in weird places, not eating) and his poo is getting runny. It is too depressing to write any more on this subject right now...
